Err hi, we're pirates and we've just captured one of your ships, but we can't find the crew. Can you help us?

Umm... no. The crew are on holidays.

Oh, well, umm, fair enough - can you tell us how to start the engines then?

In the above story Somali pirates boarded a ship, couldn't find the crew (who were hidding) so actually rang up the shipping line asking for help to start the engines (which the crew had shut off before hiding).

Almost as good as another group who thought they were boarding a cargo vessel but were actually boarding a navy frigate!

That was off New Zealand a few years back. Pretty insane.

That Pacific Sun Cruise thing is totally wooooah... Definitely no more complaints about the Bass Strait xD
