Try-hard or cool?

My mate at work stumbled across this ute on the net (he’s looking for a farm ute).

It’s very try-hard, but it sort of somewhat appeals to me at the same time, although I’d be embarrassed to be seen driving it. It seems awesome and stupid all at once.

So I thought I’d throw it out there - is this ute that wants to be a truck awesome, or just try-hard? Just a random question to pass the time.

I think its try-hard. I dont even approve of its snorkel and you know how much I like those - whats the point of one way down there. We've seen waves in puddles go over the bonnet of 4wds more than once that would end up flooding a snorkel like that. Remember Kerro's ute going through that big pubble when the wave dented his bonnet - the wave went most of the way up his windshield.

All you need is a sticker on the back that says "when I grow up I want to be a mack truck" like on the back of my old Sierra.
