Farewell to Jimmy - may he rest in pieces.
After years of serving as a secondary system at home (parents place) he then served as a part time retro gaming system. But alas - never again will he fly alongside me in a WCIII dogfight or assist me to save the galaxy.
Jimmy’s last move was to bravely surrender himself so that another could live. While Jimmy is no more - another computer struggles on, performing a critical task at work.
So maybe when that system is finally replaced Jimmy can be reborn from the ashes? One can but wait and hope.
Rest in peace old friend...
